A partnership was created with Mr News, a specialist in media marketing / research, led by Thierry Semblat. As a result, we launched the first barometer of budgetary developments and market trends in 2009. For the last 8 years, the barometer has been considered a reference point for the market research profession and previewed at “Le Printemps des études”.
